This eternal optimist loves powder tracking and alpine climbing. Beneath his sometimes giddy looks, Oscar has become a master in the art of resolving the most delicate situations with the only means at hand, whether in the middle of a face, behind a stove or on the raging waves.

I started the profession of mountain guide in 2020 as an aspirant-guide.
Since then, in addition to obtaining my diploma in September 2022, I had the privilege of accompanying various people in the mountains: Very experienced guides who regularly pass on small parts of their great knowledge to me. Guests whose wonderment and passion encourage me to continue in this profession. Friends with whom I try to continually improve myself while discovering new routes.

First hiking on harmless hills around Geneva where I was born in 1991, I discovered a real passion for rock climbing and ski touring at the end of my adolescence.
After a quick learning of the basic techniques, I will live my first adventures (more or less eventful) in the only place accessible by bike from my home: the Salève. Then, it is the progressive discovery of the high mountains, mainly with friends just as novices as me.
Subsequently, my desire to make others discover these really good things that can be done in the mountains pushes me to train myself more seriously and, since 2010, I have been organizing and conduct tours in the framework of the Swiss Alpine Club.

But before starting to climb peaks, I developed my taste for adventure on the seas. When I was a teenager, I had the chance to discover various exotic places while traveling by sailboat. Subsequently, I obtained the Swiss Certificate of Competence for Ocean Yachting and continued to go to sea regularly, trying to combine my favorite activities (skiing-sailing-climbing).
